We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Billing Coordinator. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

As a Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the billing process for our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all billing activities. This includes invoicing, tracking payments, and resolving any billing discrepancies. You will also be responsible for maintaining client billing records and providing timely and accurate reports to management.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in billing or accounting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients on a timely basis
  • Monitor and track client payments and follow up on any outstanding balances
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records
  • Generate reports and provide analysis on billing activities
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and consistency in billing processes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in billing or accounting preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with billing software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience working remotely is a plus
