Paydex Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company that is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in the USA. We offer both full-time and part-time contract options.
As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support team and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Your main duties will include managing and training the support team, handling escalated customer issues, and developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles. You should also have experience in managing a team and be able to handle high-stress situations with ease.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train the customer support team to ensure they provide excellent service to our customers
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Create and maintain customer support policies and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing a team
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and difficult customers with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support metrics
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts and weekends, if needed
