Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the company

- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments

- Prepare and distribute reports and presentations

- Maintain and update company databases and records

- Monitor and order office supplies

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Assist in organizing company events and team building activities

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus

- Proven experience as an Operations Assistant or in a similar role

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
