As a Business Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our clients. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure the smooth running of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and entered accurately into our systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed
  • Conduct market research and assist with the development of marketing strategies
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
